Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to shape the technology behind our next generation of digital products while elevating the systems that support our business today.

You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, taking ideas from concept to production and setting the standards that guide how we build. Our core stack includes Vue 3, TypeScript, AWS CDK, DynamoDB, SQL databases and serverless AWS services.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Vue 3 or another modern frontend framework (React/Angular) with ability to learn Vue 3.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of high‑impact products and features from concept to production.
• Modernise and strengthen existing applications to improve performance, reliability and long‑term value.
• Define technical standards, development practices and architecture principles.
• Raise engineering quality through code reviews, technical guidance and mentoring.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long‑term solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to turn operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
