Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to shape the technology behind our next generation of digital products while elevating the systems that support our business today.

You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, taking ideas from concept to production and setting the standards that guide how we build. Our core stack includes Vue 3, TypeScript, AWS CDK, DynamoDB, SQL databases and serverless AWS services.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to shape the technology behind our next generation of digital products while elevating the systems that support our business today.

This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, improve engineering practices and create products with a meaningful impact on the business.

What You Will Lead

• Lead the design, development and delivery of high-impact products and features from concept to production.
• Modernise and strengthen existing applications to improve their performance, reliability and long-term value.
• Build frontend applications using Vue 3 and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs using AWS serverless technologies.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK.
• Design scalable data models using DynamoDB and SQL databases.
• Define technical standards, development practices and architecture principles that enable the team to build with confidence.
• Raise engineering quality through thoughtful code reviews, technical guidance and mentoring.
• Improve system reliability, security, monitoring and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long‑term solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to turn real operational needs into effective, scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, making architectural decisions or mentoring engineers.
• Strong experience in full‑stack software development.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Vue 3 or another modern frontend framework such as React or Angular, with the ability to become productive in Vue 3.
• Experience building backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on production experience with AWS CDK.
• Strong experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway and DynamoDB.
• Strong experience designing and working with SQL databases.
• Good understanding of relational data modelling, indexing, joins, transactions and query optimisation.

Lead Full‑Stack Engineer | Job Description

• Good understanding of serverless and event‑driven architecture.
• Experience with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions, IAM and CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication and authorisation.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and production deployments.
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and clearly communicate technical trade‑offs.
• Experience reviewing code and guiding other engineers.
