Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a technically strong Process Integration Engineer with expertise in Embedded NVM technologies (eFlash, NOR Flash, MRAM, RRAM) across advanced CMOS platforms. You will lead process integration, define optimized flows, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet performance and yield targets.

You will drive DOE studies, data analysis, and program management for technology qualification, production ramp‑up, and cost‑effective improvements.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Materials Science or related engineering.
• At least 8 years’ experience in Semiconductor Process Integration.
• Experience with embedded NVM technologies such as eFlash, NOR Flash, MRAM, or RRAM is highly desirable.
• Customer engagement skill a plus; strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Spotfire) and statistical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration for embedded and standalone NVM across advanced CMOS platforms.
• Define and optimize process flows to meet electrical performance, reliability, and yield targets for NVM devices.
• Collaborate with device, process, design, reliability, and product engineering teams to resolve integration challenges and ensure manufacturability for Technology qualification released.
• Drive and conduct DOE studies and data analysis to evaluate process changes and their impact on NVM performance.
• Coordinate with project teams and cross‑functional teams for program management, scope, and deliverables; manage schedule and budget.
• Support technology qualification, customer engagement, and production ramp‑up activities.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance NVM yield, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness.
