You will read drawings, ensure SS standard compliance, perform material quantity calculations, monitor shutter making, and supervise timber/aluminium/steel formwork operations.

The role requires accurate cost estimation and hands-on leadership to ensure safe, efficient execution of formwork projects on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to read shop drawings and construction plans.
• Supervise on-site carpentry formwork and concrete reinforcement works.
• Estimate quantities and costs for formwork materials.
• Knowledge of timber, aluminium and steel formwork systems.
• Ensure adherence to SS (Singapore Standards) requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead workers on site for carpentry formwork and reinforcement.
• Read drawings and interpret construction plans.
• Carry out formwork, reinforcement and concreting work.
• Compute material quantities and monitor shutter making.
• Ensure safe and proper erection of formwork according to plans.
