Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is looking to lead and perform analyses of automotive electronics products, develop strategies and implement methods in the Lab for Failure Analyses and Tear down.

The role will standardize FA techniques for faster analysis and synergize FA activities with local and global teams. You will lead FA technicians on Elemental & Metallurgical Analyses (SEM) and drive improvements in FA lab capabilities across 4M aspects, while participating in demonstrations of Failure

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Material science / Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Physics/Material Science.
• 5 to 7 years' experience in a semiconductor or automotive electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in application of Failure analysis tools / methodologies
• Experience in handling Failure Analysis Lab.
• Good interpersonal, leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform analyses of automotive electronics products.
• Develop strategies and implement adequate methods in the Lab for Failure Analyses and tear down.
• Standardize FA techniques to faster analysis.
• Synergize FA activities by working with local and global teams as needed.
• Lead FA technicians on Elemental & Metallurgical Analyses (SEM) and improve FA lab capabilities in 4M aspects.
• Participate and demonstrate Failure Analysis capabilities to customers.
