Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an EFA Engineer to provide technical leadership for Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) in support of new product introductions, qualification builds, and high-volume manufacturing.

You will own complex EFA investigations and ensure FA readiness, including tooling, kits, and knowledge transfer across shifts. You will mentor technicians, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams, and drive systemic improvements to reduce recurring failure

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in failure analysis, test engineering support, or manufacturing troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate data into engineering decisions and provide off-hour support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EFA engineering depth and tooling readiness for NPI.
• Lead EFA investigations and drive quality improvements across shifts.
• Coach technicians in EFA techniques, fixing approaches, and data interpretation.
