Qualifikationen

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Equities Settlements or Securities Operations.
• Strong knowledge of settlement risk, reconciliation, and controls.
• Understanding of domestic and international settlement practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end settlement of equity trades across Singapore and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
• Monitor and resolve settlement exceptions, failed trades, unmatched transactions, and reconciliation breaks within established timelines.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, counterparties, exchanges, and internal stakeholders to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure daily BAU activities are completed in accordance with SLIs and KPIs.
• Lead and supervise the Equities Settlements team to meet SLAs and market cut-off timelines.
• Drive continuous process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
• Support system enhancements, UAT, and change initiatives.
• Participate in projects and regulatory initiatives as directed.
