Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT-related field required.
• 8–12 years in IT business partnering, delivery, transformation or product management.

FairPrice Group is seeking a dynamic and results-orientedProduct Delivery Managerto join the Front Office Solutions team. This role serves as the technology partner to the Food Services business, responsible for shaping technology initiatives from concept through implementation. Working closely with business stakeholders, product delivery, engineering, enterprise architecture and partners, the role will drive solution planning, delivery governance and successful implementation of technology initiatives that improve customer experience and business operations.

The successful candidate combines strong business engagement with hands-on programme delivery experience, ensuring technology investments are delivered successfully while achieving intended business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Technology roadmap planning:

• Build trusted partnership with business stakeholders to understand priorities, operational challenges and technology opportunities
• Translate business requirements into technology roadmap and delivery plans
• Drive demand management, business case development, solution evaluation and portfolio prioritization
• Recommend technology solutions that balance business value, scalability and operational effectiveness

Solution Delivery & Execution:

• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment through post-implementation stabilization
• Monitor delivery progress, manage dependencies, risks, issues and change requests to ensure successful project outcomeEnsures on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with quality standards and meet agreed business objectives

Stakeholder and vendor management:

• Build trusted partnership across business, technology, vendors to ensure alignment, timely decisions, and successful delivery

Continuous improvement and innovation:

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency through technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
• 8-12 years of experience in IT business partnering, technology delivery, programme management, digital transformation, or product management
• Proven track record leading cross-functional technology initiatives from business planning through implementation and operational rollout
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, offshore teams, and cross-functional stakeholders while driving delivery outcomes and service performance
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive issues to closure
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, customer-facing technologies, systems integration, and technology delivery lifecycle
• Experience with food & beverage (F&B), retail, or hospitality industries will be an advantage
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage complex delivery environments involving multiple teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured and organized approach to managing complex delivery environments
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation programs
