Job summary

finiti partners pte. ltd. is seeking an R&D-focused Lead Engineer to drive the development of complete, functional products by integrating mechanical, electronics and firmware components.

You will own product-level system engineering and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams from concept through launch. The ideal candidate has strong ownership, hands-on problem solving, and experience delivering multi-discipline products, with a track record in industrial product development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in R&D, system engineering or product development.
• Experience delivering complete products across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electronics and firmware/embedded systems.
• Strong technical ownership, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Industrial product development experience is an advantage.

• Strong technical ownership, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Industrial product development experience is an advantage.
