Job summary

HTX is Singapore's Science and Technology agency that brings together diverse capabilities to develop transformative, operationally ready solutions for public safety. The role leads a team delivering systems, projects and support services for SPF’s operations, exercises and events.

You will engage stakeholders, plan maintenance strategies, and drive ICT projects to enhance productivity while meeting budget and requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification in CS/Engineering/ICT fields.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and analytical skills.
• Experience in managing IT/communication systems and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to plan and manage delivery of systems, projects and support services for SPF’s operations, exercises and events.
• Engage stakeholders and contractors to deliver systems, projects and support services within budget and specifications using sound project management processes.
• Plan and review maintenance and support strategies to sustain system capabilities across lifecycle.
• Lead or participate in ICT projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.
