Job summary

HTX is Singapore's leading S&T agency delivering homeland security technology. You will lead the development and management of digital systems, including SMS-based apps, digital registries, document management, and mobile platforms to support policing operations across domains.

You will drive architecture, cloud infra, cyber security, and governance while coordinating with Home Team stakeholders and vendors to ensure secure, interoperable solutions for enterprise and mobile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5–7 years in software engineering, system architecture or technical PM in government or enterprise settings.
• Strong cloud knowledge with Azure and government ICT policies advantageous.
• Experience with procurement and vendor management in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of SMS-based and registry systems.
• Oversee Android mobile applications development lifecycle and interoperability with SPF.
• Manage end-to-end projects from requirements to deployment with stakeholders.
• Ensure security, data protection, and policy compliance across platforms.
