Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and vendor engagements.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance and system integration considerations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing market research across capability demand areas and engage vendors to assess emerging technologies.
• Lead end-to-end project management for capability delivery, coordinating stakeholders and managing timelines and budgets.
• Prepare technical documentation such as tender specs, system design documents, and test plans; ensure compliance and governance.
