Job summary

HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) is Singapore's Science and Technology agency that develops transformative, operationally ready solutions for public safety. The Ops Systems Engineering team drives engineering and long-term sustainment of MHA operational systems.

In this role, you will influence how O&S management is supported across software, hardware, systems and services, improving availability, reliability and operational readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and clear communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive and adaptable; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in ICT operations, infrastructure support or O&S preferred, with at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Review ICT Approval of Requirement (AOR) submissions and project proposals to ensure O&S requirements are specified and sustainable.
• Strengthen and institutionalise O&S engineering standards at the gatekeeping stage.
• Serve as O&S engineering representative within PMTs for flagship programmes to shape architecture and support strategy.
• Identify, prototype, and drive adoption of AI/ML, data analytics, and predictive maintenance for O&S improvements.
