Job summary

HTX, Singapore's world’s first Science and Technology agency, seeks a Product Manager to oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from initiation to decommission. You will lead design, release planning, and customer journey validation, coordinating with engineering and stakeholders to ensure value delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in product management or related digital transformation, with hands-on proficiency in Figma, FigJam and JIRA, and a strong Agile/Scrum mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, software development or digital transformation.
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent disciplines.
• Experience in customer journey mapping, business process mapping, envisioning workshops and focus group discussions
• Familiar with design and product management tools such as Figma, FigJam and JIRA
• Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology and system design thinking
• Strong written and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• All new appointees are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed for permanent tenure overtime, based on performance.

• Collaborate with users and vendors to plan and execute product launch activities such as training, ground engagement, communication plan etc
• Partner with users and product engineering team to develop and maintain product roadmap
• Regular progress updates to management and seek alignment on product vision and strategy
• Product presentation to management and stakeholders (end-users, champions, trainers etc) to showcase product for awareness and adoption.

What We Are Looking For
