Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks an Engineer and Cluster Lead to drive innovative engineering solutions across facilities management, asset maintenance, compliance, and EHS. You will manage critical building systems, coordinate with Account Leads, and lead teams to improve safety and efficiency across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and proactive risk management to deliver exceptional service to clients while fostering sustainability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required
• Experience in facilities management and asset maintenance is preferred
• Knowledge of environmental health and safety (EHS) standards is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Lead with tenant liaison activities and resolve property-related issues promptly
• Oversee contract compliance, risk management, and security guideline adherence
• Support EHS programs and address identified EHS concerns
• Lead development of emergency response plans and coordinate regular EHS training
• Implement and maintain CMMS for tracking work orders and assets
• Manage subcontractor performance to meet contract requirements and company standards
