Job summary

JEL Maintenance Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Site Construction Lead to oversee complex pharma, semiconductor, power and petrochemical projects. You will direct site activities, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, ensure compliance with project plans and international codes, monitor progress and quality, manage resources, and drive timely NCRs, punch lists, and reports.

A Mechanical Engineering degree and CSWIP 3.1 certification are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Pharma/Semiconductor/Power and petrochemical construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with local regulations (BCA, NEA).
• Certified Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1.

Responsibilities
