Responsibilities

• Administer and regulate the beverage container return scheme and ensure stakeholder compliance.
• Engage stakeholders and manage outreach and information dissemination.
• Review reports and plans for compliance with Acts, Regulations and licensing conditions.
• Conduct on-site audits and inspections of selected premises and producers.
• Analyse submitted reports and maintain the data records.
• Support development of resources for the industry.
