Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Plating Production & Process Engineer to lead electroplating development, production support and continuous improvement for new and existing products.

The role focuses on driving production targets, product quality, cost control and ISO-compliant manufacturing methods. You will supervise plating teams, coordinate maintenance, and contribute to cost analyses and new product introductions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2+ years in reel-to-reel electroplating environment.
Knowledge of PFMEA and process safety in chemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead plating technicians and operators to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Develop, optimise and continuously improve electroplating processes and equipment capabilities.
Troubleshoot plating process, chemical, equipment and product-quality issues.
Lead cost-reduction through process optimisation and waste reduction.
Plan preventive maintenance for plating equipment and production lines.
Support Lean PACE initiatives and new product introductions.
Prepare samples, FA reports and conduct plating trials.
