Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee the electrical design, installation and commissioning of systems across projects in Singapore. You will provide technical expertise for plans, specifications and procedures, review drawings, and lead troubleshooting efforts.

The role requires at least 5 years in electrical system design, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders; immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent recognized by relevant authorities.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical system design.
• Knowledge of HT, frequency converters, and generator sets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical specifications, design, installation and commissioning of electrical systems to meet standards and project specs.
• Develop and review electrical drawings, schematics and specifications ensuring accuracy.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare MOS and other documents such as RFIs; prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to meet goals and resolve issues.
• Lead and guide contractors; plan work programs and monitor progress.
• Prepare work schedules and present progress.
• Perform communication across levels and resolve conflicts.
