Job summary

Wola-Recruitment-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for its Singapore client, a well-established Mechanical & Electrical engineering company, to lead and execute electrical works within switchboard manufacturing operations.

This role blends hands-on troubleshooting and installation with supervision, technical guidance and daily oversight of the team on the factory floor, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in switchboard electrical works.
• Strong hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Experience with MSB, MCC, SB, DB and PLC panels is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of switchboard electrical installation works.
• Able to work independently and manage factory-floor/operational situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute electrical works for manufacturing of electrical switchboards.
• Work with switchboard systems including MSB, MCC, SB, DB and PLC panels.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Execute and supervise switchboard electrical installation works.
• Ensure electrical works comply with safety standards and requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Remain hands-on in electrical works while supervising day-to-day execution.
