Job summary

WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our client, a Singapore-based Mechanical & Electrical engineering company, to lead electrical works in switchboard manufacturing operations.

You will supervise installation, troubleshoot faults, ensure safety standards, and provide hands-on guidance while staying actively involved on the factory floor. Candidates should have 5–7 years in switchboard electrical works and be familiar with MSB, MCC, SB, DB and PLC

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in switchboard electrical works.
Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
Experience with MSB, MCC, SB, DB and PLC panels is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute electrical works for the manufacturing of electrical switchboards.
Work with switchboard systems including MSB, MCC, SB, DB and PLC panels.
Perform electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
Execute and supervise switchboard electrical installation works.
Ensure electrical works comply with applicable safety standards and requirements.
Coordinate with team members to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Remain hands-on in electrical works while supervising day-to-day execution.
