Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Technical Specialist (Electrical & ELV) to lead the technical delivery of electrical and ELV systems for high-tech facility projects, from design through construction, commissioning and handover.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, data centre or similar high-tech environments; PE registration and BIM experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, data centre or similar high-tech facility projects.
Experience across design, construction, commissioning and handover.
Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure and Singapore electrical requirements.

Responsibilities

Define technical requirements and review electrical/ELV designs and design changes.
Provide expertise in HV/LV distribution, power quality, protection coordination and emergency power systems.
Oversee facility monitoring, fire alarm, security and communications systems.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support procurement, commissioning and handover.
