in Singapore is seeking a Technical Specialist (Electrical & ELV) to lead technical reviews, support power distribution, and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations on the Jurong Expansion Project. The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing/high-tech facilities, and experience with FMCS, SCADA, ELV systems and BIM.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, data centre or high-tech facilities.
• Experience in design, construction, commissioning and project handover.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV electrical systems, power quality and protection systems.
• Experience with FMCS, SCADA, fire alarm, security, communication or ELV systems.
• Familiar with Singapore electrical regulations and utility requirements.
• Experience with EPC projects and design management.
• BIM knowledge (Revit / Navisworks) is an advantage.
• PE (Electrical) registration or LEW certification is an advantage.
