Job summary
Cognizant Technology Solutions Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking an eBRS Tech Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of an Electronic Batch Record System using Aspen V14 MES for a global pharmaceutical client.
You will align with the Smart Manufacturing 2030 roadmap, ensuring GxP compliance and data integrity. Lead cross-functional teams across MES, SAP, and DCS, and mentor others on recipe authoring, material/equipment management, and system integrations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Aspen V14 modules and eBRS design.
- Experience integrating SAP with MES and DCS environments.
- GxP compliance and validation experience across manufacturing sites.
- Hands-on EDM and Smart Manufacturing initiatives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Design and author eBRS recipes and workflows aligned to library usage.
- Configure processes for material and equipment management, ePEL, and APRM.
- Integrate SAP with eBRS and communicate to DCS for batch creation.
- Implement EDM for real-time event handling and stock reporting to SAP.
- Lead configuration of Aspen MES modules and drive 2030 roadmap.
- Oversee design, configuration, and continuous improvement of eBRS at site.
- Mentor team on recipe authoring, system integrations, and best practices.
