Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore (PTE) Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for MES and RTD governance across global BEMT plants. You will lead planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of manufacturing execution systems, ensuring data traceability and integration with production steps.

You will coordinate with DTIT, IT, and business stakeholders, manage CAPEX alignment, drive UAT and change control, and mentor cross-functional teams to optimize MES usage and process robustness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in industrial engineering within semiconductor back-end environments.
• Strong knowledge of IE principles and manufacturing best practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Analytical data skills and experience with capacity planning and change management.
• Lean manufacturing experience and culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern MES/STULT, RTD across global BEMT plants.
• Analyze system usage, identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with DTIT and vendors for solutions.
• Manage CRs, CAB meetings, and data integrity across systems.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and team engagement.
• Ensure MES integration with production steps and traceability.
• Monitor risks and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support SOX compliance and related documentation.
