Job summary

Roblox Corporation seeks a Head of Developer Relations for SEA and OCE to drive developer growth and ecosystem partnerships across Southeast Asia and Oceania. You will shape strategy, collaborate with product and marketing, and advocate for developers across the region.

You will lead a team, own key metrics, and partner with studios and publishers to accelerate platform adoption while communicating risks and opportunities to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management
• Experience launching a technical product in international markets
• Ability to lead by example and set a clear high-level strategy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Residency in Singapore or willingness to relocate

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, and outcomes for Roblox developer growth in SEA and OCE
• Partner with publishers, developers, studios, and industry partners to drive adoption
• Represent Roblox at industry events and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creator, and International teams
• Set team goals, monitor progress, and report impact to the company
• Lead by example and ensure accountability to the long-term company vision
