Job summary

Roblox is hiring a Head of Developer Relations for SEA and OCE to lead growth strategies across the region. You will work with publishers, developers, studios, and partners to accelerate adoption and build long-term ecosystem relationships.

The role involves representing Roblox at events and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and International teams. You will proactively set team goals, monitor progress, and communicate risk while driving data-driven decisions that align with our global

Qualifications

Residency in Singapore or willingness to relocate.
10+ years of experience in technical project management.
Able to proactively communicate with all key stakeholders.
Experience launching a technical product in international markets.
Experience using Roblox Studio or another game development engine.
A researcher with a unique skill set to quickly ramp up and understand audience needs.
Passionate, positive energy and a role model to others.
Driven by teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to lead with a clear high-level strategy and accountability.
Data- and feedback-driven decisions informed by product usage and qualitative insights.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-directed with the ability to establish work processes.

Responsibilities

Set the SEA/OC E developer-relations strategy and goals.
Partner with publishers, developers, studios, and industry partners across SEA.
Drive adoption, accelerate development, and build ecosystem relationships.
Represent Roblox at industry events and work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and international teams.
Lead by example and communicate risk factors to influence product growth.
Share reports reflecting the impact of your work with the company.
