EXYTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Senior CAD/BIM Designer to lead 3D model development for process systems and coordinate drawings across disciplines in Singapore.

You will mentor CAD designers, enforce CAD/BIM standards, and ensure timely delivery of designs for tender, design and construction phases.

Formación

• Diploma in a related engineering field.
• 10–12 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in CAD/BIM design and coordination of construction industry.
• Clear and structured communication.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD Plant 3D and PID or equivalent.
• Delivering projects on time and in accordance with specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Engineering team to produce drawings for process systems such as Bulk Gas, Specialty Gas, Chemical, Distilled Water, Wastewater System.
• Prepare Piping layout, Equipment layout, Plant layout drawings.
• Prepare Process and Instrumentation Diagram, Process flow diagram, and schematics drawings.
• Prepare Piping Isometric, section and detail drawings.
• Prepare tender, shop construction, as-built drawings.
• Maintain drawings updated per revised layouts.
• Field verification of site installation as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate drawings and space management with other disciplines and sub-contractors.
• Produce 3D models of Valve Manifold Box Fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with project team and enforce CAD/BIM standards on a project basis.
• Mentor CAD designers during tender, design and construction phases.
• Oversee and Execute
• Lead and oversee 3D model development for 3D design.
• Lead and oversee creation and maintenance of Catalogues and Specifications for 3D design.
• Assign work to junior CAD resources and manage workloads.
• Monitor performance of mechanical CAD resources.
• Act as project Design Coordinator when required.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in a related engineering field
• Minimum years of experience: 10 -12 years relevant experience
• Proficient in CAD/ BIM design and coordination of construction industry
