Great Eastern is seeking a Lead Data and AI Solution Engineer to lead the Data & AI CoE in Singapore. You will architect and deliver data and AI solutions that transform business operations and enable advanced analytics.

The role combines AI innovation, enterprise architecture, and scalable data platforms, with a hands‑on leadership style to translate complex requirements into robust, production‑ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, CS or CE.
• Hands-on leadership with experience translating business needs into scalable AI/data architectures.
• Strong track record delivering production-grade AI/data solutions and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Data & AI solution architectures for enterprise use cases.
• Build and scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for business problems.
• Drive AI integration patterns across systems, platforms, and APIs.
• Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of the Data & AI CoE.
