Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a technical specialist to lead the development and maintenance of cutting-edge data architecture, data lakes, and AI platforms for enterprise solutions.

You will design scalable data pipelines using AWS Glue, Redshift, and related cloud-native technologies, ensuring data governance, observability, security, and platform reliability while enabling GenAI-powered business solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with AWS Glue and ideally Redshift; exposure to AI/GenAI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, operation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Data Lake and AI Platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS Glue, Apache Iceberg, Redshift, and related cloud-native technologies.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, observability, security, and platform reliability.
• Establish standards and best practices for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
• Design, build, and deploy AI Agents, AI Advisors, and GenAI-powered business solutions.
