Job summary

CHARTERHOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and operational excellence of enterprise security platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on security engineering with cloud security, automation, and secure architectures, delivering scalable and automated security solutions while collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to strengthen security posture.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on Security Engineering experience within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience securing cloud platforms, with strong expertise in AWS native security services and cloud security architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise security solutions from design through implementation, production deployment, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of security platforms to strengthen the organization’s overall security posture.
• Engineer and support cloud-native security capabilities across AWS environments, ensuring security best practices are embedded throughout the cloud lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain security automation using scripting, APIs, and orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex security, infrastructure, and integration issues across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and network teams to implement secure architectures and operational best practices.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend enhancements to improve security capabilities and operational maturity.
• Support security incident investigations, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
