Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, cost management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum years of cost management experience varies by level (2 years for Junior, 5 for Senior, 10 for Lead).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review cost estimates, budgets and forecasts.
• Lead value engineering and lifecycle costing initiatives.
• Prepare and manage cost control reports, forecasts and cash flow.
