Job summary

STEEL ALLY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily service, prepare dishes and sauces according to recipes, and assist the Head Chef with operations.

The role requires maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation, while collaborating with the kitchen team for timely service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant or catering, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, including working evenings,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in restaurant or institutional catering.
• GCE O level or Diploma in F&B Service or equivalent.
• Hands-on kitchen operations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and guide a team to achieve results.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Willing to work long hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently during daily service.
• Prepare food, sauces, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist the Head Chef with food preparation and service operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Support daily kitchen operations and be actively involved in hands-on food preparation.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.
