Qualifications

• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in Markets Operations or related governance roles.
• Proven ability to design control frameworks and governance forums.
• Strong data governance and regulatory oversight capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead control governance, country oversight and data governance for Markets Operations.
• Oversee control framework design, risk assessment and remediation.
• Chair governance forums, drive issue management and escalation.
• Partner risk, compliance and audit to embed assurance into BAU controls.
