Job summary

SINGAPORE BUILDER'S M&E - LANDSCAPE & METAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily construction site operations in Singapore.

The role requires planning, coordinating and monitoring activities to ensure timely project completion, while supervising site workers and subcontractors to meet drawings, specifications and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 3 years of site management

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage workers and handle site operations independently.
• Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.
• Relevant experience in Singapore construction projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities to meet schedule.
• Supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs and safety rules.
• Monitor progress, quality and site productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and PM teams.
• Prepare daily site progress reports for management.
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment and manpower.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with MOM and Workplace Safety and Health.
