Kajima Overseas Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Manager to support the Project Manager and Project Director in coordinating construction works with general contractors and subcontractors on a daily basis.

The role involves on-site supervision and coordinating project details from the office. The ideal candidate has a recognized Civil/Structural Engineering degree and at least seven years in building construction management with main contractor experience, plus safety

Qualifications

Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
7+ years of Building Projects Construction Management with main contractor experience.
Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
Strong leadership, time management, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised and meticulous with a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

Support construction phase activities including preparation of docs for approvals.
Identify construction requirements based on project size, scope and timeline.
Apply policies to manage construction sites and associated risks; assess progress and QA/QC.
Verify handover documents and compliance with regulatory requirements.
