JIN YA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable civil engineer to oversee on-site civil and structural works in Singapore.

This role requires coordinating with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet schedules and specifications. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering, strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, and on-site management, plus excellent problem-solving and communication skills for independent and team work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Degree in civil engineering or related field.
Experience in building/civil projects preferred.
Proficient in construction methods and drawings.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise civil/structural works per schedules.
Monitor on-site progress, quality and safety.
Coordinate with owner, consultants, subcontractors and departments on technical/on-site matters.
Review construction drawings and method specifications before construction.
Conduct on-site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs and safety regulations.
Prepare progress reports and on-site documentation.
Prepare AutoCAD drawings.
