KAJIMA OVERSEAS ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering, design coordination, and technical management across construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient delivery.

The role drives buildability, design optimisation, and multidisciplinary coordination with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders. You will provide technical leadership through the project lifecycle, from design through completion, mentor teams, and promote digital construction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 15 years of construction experience with 8+ years in eng. management/senior roles.
Proven large-scale delivery experience (S$300M+ projects).
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, buildability, and engineering management.
Experience with BIM and digital construction technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead all engineering, design coordination, and technical activities across the project lifecycle.
Develop and implement engineering strategies, construction methodologies, and buildability proposals.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and teams to resolve design/technical issues.
Provide technical leadership to engineering, construction, BIM, and site teams; review deliverables and submissions.
Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and company standards.
Identify and mitigate engineering and construction risks through all phases.
Lead value engineering and design optimisation initiatives.
