Job summary

Procter & Gamble Singapore is seeking a Visual Development Artist to join the Singapore General Office. Create concept art for environments, packaging, and world building, establishing the visual style and tone of the project.

Collaborate with directors and design teams, refine concepts through feedback, conduct research to ensure authenticity, and present compelling visuals to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or Animation.
• 3–5 years in the film industry or production houses under the art/visualisation department.
• Experience in luxury and beauty is a big plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere.
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools – Blender, ZBrush, Cinema 4D.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of styles and subjects.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, colour theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed concept art for environments, packaging, and world building, establishing the visual style and tone of the project.
• Work closely with directors, designers, and other departments to ideate and co-create compelling concepts.
• Refine and adjust designs based on feedback, maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving creative directions.
• Conduct thorough research to inform designs, ensuring authenticity and relevance to the project's setting and themes.
• Prepare and present concept art to stakeholders, effectively communicating design ideas and their potential impact on the project.
