Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to shape premium brand visuals across retail, digital and physical touchpoints. You will lead concept development from ideation to final artwork, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across packaging, merchandising and online campaigns.

The role emphasizes brand ownership and cross-channel design, with a strong portfolio of beauty/luxury/retail work. Collaboration with marketing and product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of graphic/visual design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Strong eye for branding, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of print production and artwork preparation.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, luxury, retail, hospitality or FMCG is highly valued.
• Figma, photography, retouching or video editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Design across packaging, POSM, brochures, catalogues, menus and marketing collateral.
• Bring retail spaces to life through window displays, lightboxes, counters and visual merchandising.
• Develop digital assets for e-commerce, EDM, social media and online campaigns.
• Adapt creative across multiple brands while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
