You will shape how major beauty brands appear across social, film, digital, retail, and beyond, pairing business rigor with cultural insight.

Your role spans concept, strategy, and delivery, working with photographers, retouchers, and production partners to craft work that travels across APAC and Australia with precision and bold aesthetics.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience with a portfolio proving you can execute at scale—FMCG, beauty, skincare, haircare, personal care, fashion, or similar categories.
• Experience in adjacent creative worlds where culture and design intersect—magazine editorial, fashion brands, pop culture-first platforms.

Responsibilities

• Elevate beauty beyond typical FMCG visualization with the aesthetic sensibility of fashion, editorial, and pop culture.
• Make design choices that are culturally bold and distinct from category defaults.
• Build distinctive visual languages using colour, typography, composition and art direction.
• Own editing and typographic approaches with a fresh perspective, leveraging AI tools for ahead-of-category language.
• Direct photography and visual talent with precision about mood, light, and composition.
