Job summary

Paulas Choice Singapore is seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our marketing and client services teams. You will translate business needs into impactful visuals across channels while upholding brand guidelines.

Reporting to the Creative Manager of Southeast Asia, you will adapt designs quickly to beauty trends on ecommerce and social media, contributing to best-in-class brand presentation across digital assets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Art, Design, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in creative/design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
• Strong project management and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
• Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign assets across banners, social, and web graphics, both static and animated.
• Assist planning and execution of photoshoots including styling and lighting.
• Ensure brand guidelines are reflected in partner content.
• Create visuals for EDM, posters, banners and adapt for digital channels.
• Maintain and update website visuals and layout with design assets.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve CTR and adapt to local consumer preferences.
• Provide ad-hoc social media content and print materials.
