BW Group seeks an experienced Commissioning Supervisor to lead the preparation, pre-commissioning and start-up for water treatment units. You will manage system acceptance, ensure safe energisation, and drive performance tests to meet contract criteria.

You will coordinate with the Barge Manager and operations teams to ensure handover readiness, safety and equipment integrity across multiple units in an international maritime environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Own the commissioning strategy, plan and schedule for each unit, including system boundaries, sequence of energisation and the critical path from mechanical completion to stable production.
• Review and approve contractors' commissioning procedures, test packs and acceptance criteria before the campaign begins.
• Define and secure what the campaign needs ahead of time: commissioning spares, chemicals, membranes, consumables, temporary utilities and specialist vendor attendance.
• Lead start-up activities including first fill, membrane loading, initial flux and wet testing to achieve stable production.
• Plan, lead and witness contractual performance tests and provide recommendations for acceptance or rejection.

Educación

Bachelor degree in Engineering

10 years' proven work experience in water treatment
