Job summary

BW Group, a leading global energy and maritime company, seeks an experienced Commissioning Supervisor to lead the planning, execution and handover of SWRO trains and related systems in Singapore. You will manage pre-commissioning, start-up, performance testing and operator readiness, coordinating with operations and the Barge Manager to ensure safe startup.

Bachelor degree in Engineering or 10+ years in water treatment, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or 10+ years in water treatment.
• Experience with commissioning supervision in project execution.
• Strong planning, multitasking and deadline management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the commissioning strategy, plan and schedule for each unit.
• Review operability input, test packs and acceptance criteria.
• Lead start-up and stable production, including SWRO trains and related systems.
• Plan, lead and witness performance tests and report results.
• Handover to operations with operator readiness and training.
