Job summary

A&D ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced CNC Programmer Manager to lead programming and machining operations. You will develop efficient CNC programs, optimize processes, and manage the programming team to ensure quality and timely production.

The role requires strong CNC programming, tooling and machining knowledge, 3D drawing development, and the ability to work under pressure on urgent jobs. Diploma/degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years CNC programming experience in precision machining.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CNC programming team and provide technical guidance.
• Develop, modify and optimize CNC programs for milling/turning machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient in Mastercam 2024.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling and machining processes.
• Construct and develop 3D drawings.
• Willing to work long hours and under high pressure for urgent jobs.
• Work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
