Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-managed DB services (AWS/Azure) and migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration/conversion from on-premises/cloud databases to PostgreSQL on cloud-managed services.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions.
• Collaborate with application teams to minimize downtime during migrations.
• Ensure database code meets performance, security, and governance standards.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and fine-tune deployments.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
