JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design and implement an options market making and volatility execution platform within its Commercial and Investment Bank tech team. You will develop low-latency C++ components and build high-throughput systems handling real-time market data and orders.

You will drive architecture decisions, collaborate with traders, researchers, and other engineers, and establish secure, automated development practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years experience.
• Expert proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) in production systems.
• Experience with TCP/UDP sockets and real-time messaging.
• Ability to design distributed, highly-available systems.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC, testing, and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and practices.
