Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM Modeller/Engineer to support the BIM Manager, develop federated models across disciplines, and ensure compliance with project standards.

The role involves conducting clash detection, coordinating resolutions, and preparing coordination reports while collaborating with consultants, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design issues. Lead BIM Modellers to deliver buildable designs and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM Manager in implementing BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements.
• Develop and manage federated BIM models across multiple disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection, coordinate resolutions, and prepare coordination reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Ensure BIM models, drawings, submissions, and project data meet required standards.
• Lead and guide BIM Modellers to deliver coordinated and buildable designs.
• Monitor BIM progress, submissions, resources, and project deliverables.
• Manage CDE, file exchanges, and project information to maintain data integrity.
