Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM standards, workflows and project requirements across disciplines.

You will develop and manage federated BIM models, conduct clash detections, coordinate resolutions, and lead BIM Modellers to deliver coordinated, buildable designs while ensuring data integrity and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM Manager in implementing BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements.
• Develop and manage federated BIM models across multiple disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection, coordinate resolutions, and prepare coordination reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Ensure BIM models, drawings, submissions, and project data meet required standards.
• Lead and guide BIM Modellers to deliver coordinated and buildable designs.
• Monitor BIM progress, submissions, resources, and project deliverables.
• Manage CDE, file exchanges, and project information to maintain data integrity.
