Job summary
bimxity pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an Information / BIM Manager to ensure our client’s digital content is produced, stored, shared, and exploited using the latest technologies and practices. You will lead a team implementing information management per ISO 19650 across project lifecycles.
You will define delivery strategies, collaborate with design and project teams, and align with client requirements while guiding CDE setup and tool configuration for efficient information delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and information management.
- Experience leading BIM/Information Management delivery on multi-disciplinary projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage BIM/Information Management across project lifecycles per ISO 19650.
- Lead a team to implement information standards, EIRs and CDE setup.
- Develop BIM Execution Plan and Master Information Delivery Plan with teams.
- Coordinate with design, bid, and client representatives on delivery strategy.
- Configure CDE and design tools to meet appointing party requirements.
- Audit task teams to ensure compliance with BIM plans and client needs.
